The Proper

Equally important as man's savage potential is his Proper potential. For those rebelling against the increasing blanket effeminacy of modern society, the "Proper" side of man can often appear uncompelling, and possibly even repulsive. 

But a true man need not fear looking weak because he plays music, writes poetry, and vulnerably courts his wife. Only a weak man who fears his weakness being exposed will fear these things. An honest man who aggressively pursues the development of his savage capabilities will find himself not only open to the idea of developing his more vulnerable refined faculties, he will even feel himself compelled to. 

Without intellectual capacity, brute force is a weak tool. Without creativity, strength is useless. Without integrity, savage capacity is beyond useless - it is at risk of being misused as a blatant, potent evil.
